Is Bello's Cleaning insured?

Do you use green cleaning products?
Yes, we pride ourselves on being an environmentally-friendly commercial cleaning company that uses Green products and cleaning methods where possible.
What types of buildings and in what industry do you clean?
What happens if something is broken/damaged while cleaning?
If an item is broken by one of our cleaners, bello’s cleaning will compensate you accordingly. The client needs to save broken item for bello’s cleaning to inspect.
Our employees are asked to always notice us of damages. However, if for any reason a damaged item is not reported and you notice it first is important to e-mail us immediately.
If you can take a photo and forward it to us that’s even better since it would expedite how fast we can find the solution or compensate you accordingly.
Are the cleaning teams trained and supervised?
Absolutely! Each of our team members goes through an extensive training period before stepping foot in a customer’s commercial property. We have a lot invested in our teams and it shows in each and every clean. Training is ongoing as new products and methods emerge on the market. Each team includes a working team leader who supervises the team on site and completes a quality check throughout the service. A field manager will periodically visit your commercial property while your team is cleaning. Field managers also perform quality checks to ensure that you receive the best possible service. With field manager visits, you can feel comfortable knowing that you’ll always receive the highest quality clean.
What days & hours does Bello’s cleaning work?
As a residential and commercial cleaning company, we have special teams for each industry.
We are available for commercial cleaning seven days a week, 24 hours.
However, our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am. to 5:00p.m.

Do you offer one time cleaning services in addition to contract cleaning?
Absolutely. If you’re in need of a one-time cleaning service, a short-term contract, month-to-month services, annual contract or longer term commercial cleaning requirements, we offer all options.
